Michaels

I recently visited this Michael’s because a family member was having a full-on costume emergency and needed some hard-to-find materials for a project. The selection of crafting supplies here is incredibly extensive. We were able to find multiple yards of specialty materials along with other items you simply can’t track down anywhere else in New Orleans. I should also mention that I’m a very picky and demanding shopper, and even I left completely satisfied. Most importantly, the family member was thrilled because she was able to finish her project exactly the way she envisioned. Honestly, this store saved the day. The moment we walked out, our costume crisis was officially over, and the peace of mind was priceless.

The custom frame with the Saints jersey I got for my late best friend to give to his family was amazing and came out great! His family loved it and they already had other Michael's frames and they think the world of this one. Couldn't be happier with this experience and quality. Would buy from again and recommend others here.

Melissa was a huge help with a large balloon order for a 70th birthday dinner. She was very patient with me and ensured the arrangements would be exactly the way I want them. She allowed me to send photos to her as she would not be available the day of the pick up. She eased my anxiety by taking detailed notes, spending time with me discussing what I wanted, and consulting with Cherie, the manager that would be there the day of pick up. Cherie worked hard to get things the way I wanted them the day of pick up. She was also very patient and provided great customer. The arrangements were attached to the ballon weights I provided, just the way I wanted them. A few minor adjustments were made by another patient lady staff member whose name I did not get. I highly recommend this location for your balloon needs.

Got a great deal on poster frames but 1 get 1. The lady working in the framing department wasn’t eager to help. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she seemed irritated when I asked her to frame the posters for me.
